"The curious paradox is that when I can accept myself just as I am, then I can change"
Difficult life events such as bereavement, divorce, redundancy, long term unemployment, loss of health or caring for a loved one can have a significant impact on us and have a detrimental effect on how we deal and cope with everyday life. Counselling can help support us through this time in our lives.
Perhaps you are experiencing general underlying feelings of anxiety and low mood but don’t know why or how you came to be feeling like this. Maybe you want to learn more about yourself and develop your Self awareness.
Counselling can provide a space for change and growth in all areas of your life.
My aim is to create a safe and trusting environment to enable you to share your problems and feel heard.
I provide short and long term counselling in the Wells, Glastonbury and Shepton Mallet areas.
I am now offering couples counselling and supervision to individuals and organisations.
I offer a free initial consultation then further sessions are; £50 for individuals, £70 for couples and £45 for supervision, for a 60 minute session. Concessionary rates for students and people on low income are available and I am happy to discuss and negotiate an affordable fee.
I can help with the following...
Fear and Panic
Low Self Esteem
